✅ Eligibility for Return/Exchange

• Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.

• No returns on accessories, gifts, or final sale items unless defective.

🔄 Exchange Process

• Exchange is available for size or product defects.

• To initiate an exchange, contact us on WhatsApp or email at support@thetrendee.com with your order number and reason.

💸 Refund Policy

• Refunds (if approved) are processed as store credit or original payment reversal (for prepaid orders).

• It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards, jewelry, or customized items cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.

• Products bought during flash sales or with heavy discount codes are not eligible for returns.
