• Gift cards/store credits issued by The Trendee are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid for use only on our website.

7. Dropshipping & Global Fulfillment Terms

• Some of our products may be fulfilled through international or third-party warehouses, depending on availability and location.
• In such cases, delivery timelines may extend up to 15–21 business days based on your location, customs processing, and local courier services.
• All product quality, packaging, and branding are carefully monitored to ensure consistency with The Trendee standards.
• Any import duties, customs taxes, or fees applicable in your country are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Refunds for dropshipped items will only be processed in cases of:
• Undelivered products after 30 days,
• Defective/damaged items (photo/video proof required within 48 hours of delivery).
